• Permanently deletes your account and all associated data including health records, documents, and profile information.

2. Partial data deletion

• Users may request deletion of specific data (e.g. uploaded documents, health records, images)

Retention:

• Some data may be retained for legal compliance. Health records retained up to 8 years as required by medical regulations. General account data retained up to 90 days.
